RCI: DAP is not off the hook

You ask for it, you got it!

There was an interesting twist on Tuesday at The Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) that was much demanded by DAP but when formed, was boycotted by them and Teoh Beng Hock's family (on DAP lawyer's advice).

It is indeed a relief for DAP after Lee Wye Wing admitted in court that he paid money into DAP accounts for local community projects. Lee also admitted using Bumiputera frontman and companies to secure the projects.

That is what can happen at an RCI. Everything spilled out irrespective if there is legal relevance and case to make out of it.

DAP wanted an RCI and they've got it.

Lee's statement at the RCI highlighted two offense of "corruption" by DAP. One for channeling money from project into political party. That is the offense that got the popular late Dato Harun Idris in the slammer in late 70s. Secondly, it is an abuse of power to collude with Bumiputera to secure contract for DAP contractors.

Those offenses skew heavily on possible motives that DAP is involved in murdering young Teoh. Kit Siang should do his premature excitement on Mummy Foo than on an Ean Yong "acquital".

Coincidently, unlike the Government's position (not politicians okay?) for suicide, murder was the explanation that DAP badly wanted the people to believe.

If that is what they wanted, should that be what they get then?

For DAP, that is their way to continue to accuse MACC of murdering TBH. It fits the Chinese chauvanism politics they are nurturing.

Unfortunately, progress of the RCI have not been going well for DAP. The revelations from the various testimony by MACC officers is only making DAP look worse and worse by the day.

Not only is the revelation by businessman Lim Wye Wing bad for DAP, counsel for MACC, Dato Shafee Abdullah managed to expose that the much sentimental play that Teoh Beng Hock was going to register his marriage to his pregnant girlfriend the next morning was not true.

There were some pro-BN blogs speculating that the baby may not be that of Teoh Beng Hock. With no plans of marriage by Teoh Beng Hock, that possibility is not totally remote.

The demand by MCA that the baby is registered as not born out of wedlock but by a "spiritual" marriage looks superstitous and ridiculous. MCA's getting dumber and dumber by the day, don't they?
The only way for DAP is now to ignore and play dumb to what has transpired.

Since DAP is dead set to keep accusing MACC as murderer for their own political mileage, all the facts will be twisted and all small error by enlarged.

It will not matter to them if there is no motive or remotely sensible excuse to make such claim because the largely irrational Chinese population will believe hook, line and sinker whatever DAP say. Lim Kit Siang is their prophet and Tony Pua is boy wunder to them.

Just keep accusing "Melayu" authority kill "orang Cina" and Chinese voters for the 13th General Election will be solid behind DAP.

A window of oppurtunity appeared on Tuesday.

The RCI was informed that the MACC officer from Putrajaya, Ahmad Shafik Abdul Rahman @ Alwee, 32, who received the investigation papers on Aug 27, 2009, said: "We found nothing which could link Ean Yong to the offence under the section."

Teoh inquiry: No evidence to implicate Ean Yong

The Star April 26th, 2010

KUALA LUMPUR: There was no evidence to implicate Seri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah over alleged illegal disbursement of state funds, the Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into the death of Teoh Beng Hock heard Tuesday.

The Attorney-General's Chambers had instructed the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to stop the investigations, Putrajaya MACC investigating officer Ahmad Shafik Abdul Rahman told the commission.
Ean Yong

Ahmad Shafik had taken over investigations from Selangor MACC officer Mohd Anuar Ismail after Teoh, who was Ean Yong's political secretary, was found dead on July 16, 2009, after being questioned by the state anti-graft body a day earlier.

Ahmad Shafik testified that the MACC was also not able to find evidence indicating that Ean Yong breached Section 18 of the MACC Act by committing an offence.

The officer also added that the receipts given to the MACC did not indicate that the DAP had received commissions from various programmes carried out by Ean Yong's office.

He added the payments made to the Serdang Aman and national DAP offices were reimbursement of money that was advanced to carry out the programmes.

According to Ahmad Shafik the money had been advanced because claims from the state could only be made after the programmes had been carried out.

With blazing speed of lightning, Lim Kit Siang seized on the opportunity to respond. He quickly revert to the tiring script of turning the table back to MACC and ignore the many discrepencies and inconsistencies by DAP.

MACC must take full blame for Beng Hock’s death, says Kit Siang

The Malaysian Insider – Tue, Apr 26, 2011

KUALA LUMPUR, April 26 — The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) must now take full responsibility for Teoh Beng Hock’s death as investigations showed no proof of graft against his boss Ean Yong Hian Wah, said Lim Kit Siang today.

The DAP parliamentary leader said that the anti-graft body could no longer push the blame to the DAP as there was no motivation for Teoh to have committed suicide after being questioned at the Selangor MACC office on July 16, 2009.

“All fingers point back to MACC now,” he told The Malaysian Insider.

The Teoh Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) was told today that the MACC failed to find evidence to prove Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong abused state funds and the public prosecutor instructed it to stop investigations.

“Results from investigations showed there was no testimony that could link YB Ean to wrongdoing under section 18 of the MACC Act 2009,” acting senior superintendent Ahmad Shafik Abdul Rahman said at the inquiry today.

Lim said the lack of evidence showed that the investigation was politically motivated and done in bad faith.

“Right from the start MACC tried to implicate DAP. This is not something an independent agency should do.

“MACC should never have gone into this as it is another blow to their credibility,” the Ipoh Timur MP said.

Teoh was found dead on July 16, 2009 on the fifth-floor corridor of Plaza Masalam in Shah Alam after he was questioned overnight by MACC officers at their then-Selangor headquarters on the 14th floor.

Teoh, 30, was the political secretary to Ean Yong, the Seri Kembangan assemblyman from the DAP, at the time of his death.

A coroner’s inquiry into the death delivered an open verdict, ruling out both homicide and suicide.

The resulting outcry forced Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to form the RCI, 18 months after Teoh fell to his death.
Uh Ah ... not too fast Kit.

The main reason MACC could not make a case against Ean Yong is because Teoh Beng Hock is dead.

There are many other questions to be asked and confirmations to be secured from Teoh against Ean Yong before a case could be made. This can't be done with Teoh's flying act down the Massalam Plaza.

With Teoh dead, MACC can't make a case against Ean Yong with just testimony by Lee Wye Wing at the RCI.

The reason being our judges are dumb and scared, or possibly corrupt as well. In Singapore, any confession is a sure case of a judgement in the prosecutor's favour. While in China, it is as good as 100%.

But our dumb Malaysian judges strangely do not believe in confession. They assumed that all confessions are obtained under duress. That is the reason why some the corrupt in some high profile case managed to get away.

There is the possibility the judges are scared at pinning Pakatan politicians for fear their jobs will be at stake when they takeover Government. And lastly there are corrupted judges on the take and what heard at Jalan Duta, pro Pakatan lawyers are the brokers.

The public should blame the judges when the corrupts get away. Politicians from both sides are protecting runner boys and proxies when the SPRM act was introduced. Dig up the Parliament hansards.
Coming back to Lee, what does that tell you?

Please do not bother asking that question to any DAP supporters and Chinese at large. They are programmed to only think and say along the line that "MACC is murderer", and "Malay stole their Perak Chinese Government."

While the only thing straight of DAP leaders are their hair. Case in point, Lim Guan Eng.

It is seemed as though DAP has a motive to kill Teoh to cover-up the wrongdoing and detour investigation on Ean Yong.

The police should realised that Ean Yong was a powerful man in DAP Selangor. He was DAP Selangor Chairman.

Another point to note.

MACC do not close any file. Any closure of files have to be referred to committees and it is not an easy task to close a file. It means MACC can reinvestigate Ean Yong and DAP if there is any new evidence comes up.

If you cannot understand that, you are just as dumb as Nizar Jamaluddin.

DAP better do a lot of praying and hope that the ghost of Teoh do not appear in some investigating officer of MACC's dream and give them the right lead.

This information only shows DAP is not off the hook.

It is pertinent that one get the proper facts, legal and procedural understanding, and sensible storyline. Follow the RCI at www.bheauu.gov.my.

Never listen to rumours and depend on perception to form your view on corruption like that stupid fool, Tan Sri Robert Phang. If you have your facts and the right leads, report corruption at 1-800-88-6000.

MARBC: More in common than differences

After returning from Sarawak election the Monday before and while still recuperating to write a comment of the concluded Sarawak Election, it was time to be back in the heat of things to help organise the 1MARBC.

The two days conference was just concluded on Sunday night and it's time to be back to my usual blogging.

Kudos to the real organisers of the event; Tony Yew, Syed Akbar, Rocky, Bigdog and others I may not know off. The rest of us were just lending a hand and pitching in here and there.

As a member involved in organising the event, I am obliged to write something about the event. But it is quite hard for me because since the early days of the blogging explosion, I haven't been writing much on the subject of blogging for quite sometime.

Kind of grown shy or "segan" for a blogger to write about blogging. It is more appropriate for others able to see it from afar to give their view. Nanti orang kata perasan dan syok sendiri pulak.

Maybe this will be an exception.

It is also an exception on my part to report on events because I have avoided the chase to be newsbreaker and news commentator.

For me, the content of MARBC on blogging whether spoken in the speeches or discussed in the workshops are really nothing new and kind of repetitive with many other earlier discussions attended.

However, the one singular thing I find refreshing in this meet-up was the opportunity to meet, socialise and share experience with the other bloggers in the region.

In this event, not only were Asean bloggers were invited but some bloggers from Sabah and Sarawak to give us a truly Malaysian flavor. Naturally with most of us just returned from Sarawak, there were more Sarawak bloggers than Sabaha bloggers.

Off course, we can't avoid the subject of blogging at a bloggers meet-up like MARBC since that was the common factor that jell us all together. However what I realised was that there is more commonality between us bloggers, where ever we come from.

On the day, the Asean bloggers came to register at our secretariat on Friday evening, my first remark was ,"Hey you guys dressed with shirts tucked out like me and with a laptop on my back."

The Philipines blogger in the secretariat, "That is just your first impression. There is likely to be more common things between us bloggers."

By the next day, the commonality becomes more apparent as each of country described their blogging experience.

Off course, it is not exactly the same. Different Government have different level of tolerance to political activism, freedom of speech and the manner intervention and censorship is applied.

Most of us from Semenanjung were socio-political bloggers. It is no surprise that countries like Cambodia, Thailand, Brunei and Vietnam clamp down on certain "sensitive" postings.

But to be told, Indonesia does not have socio-political blogs was a surprise. It seems there are several dedicated website for socio-political community. No blogs on politics.

Each of the country had interesting experiances to share and for others to copy from.

I must say I am impress with the Indonesian ability to gather 1,500 bloggers for their Pesta Bloggers. As told by the organiser, Ollet and Ong, apart from the social aspect of the event, it is an annual affair to do match-up between business/investors and bloggers.

There were two American born Vietnamese that represented Vietnam. Before anyone get sceptical of their roots, the two young men are sons of boat people that fled the country and now the boys returned after graduation to do social work in their motherland.

We could only get hold of the English blogs of Asean countries. That explains for a Canadian living in Thailand representing Thai bloggers.

There was an Indian young man whose involvement in Wikipedia really impressed us. He gave some ideas on that should be done in these region.

When the cloggers or Cambodian sister-bloggers and the Canadian talked of the censorship or abuse of certain law to deny freedom, it was something we could appreciate and emphatise.

Najib's advise to the cloggers when they raised it in the Q&A session with him was to continue to struggle through for truth will prevail itself.

There was that air of brotherhood or sisterhood irrespective if they were blogging about food, travel or politics.

It doesn't take us long in the first workshop on Saturday to agree and come up with a consensus or declaration or resolution, whatever you may like to call it.

Basically, all of us wanted to work, network and agree together on some basic platform. We all know that more will come out of this and that the spirit Asean is pretty much alive at the people to people level.

It was only appropriate that the first two points were about:
1. The establishment of an Asean social media and blogging network to promote understanding, good relations, unity and cooperation for regional betterment and progress of the new media practitioners in the spirit of mutual respect;

2. To assist in achieving and promoting the common values and aspirations of goodwill and to promote greater understanding and familiarity of the social media;
Our second and third points below expressed not only that common aspiration of the Asean bloggers but it went well also with other participants on the next day when only one blogger put his hand up to agree with Internet censorship.
3. To promote the freedom of expression, freedom of information and freedom from persecution;

4. To promote ethical and responsible blogging through positive engagement;
Lastly, we agreed that we should meet more often, know each other better and engage each other better to be able to do more things together. Tak kenal maka tidak cinta. Thus:
5. To meet regularly and promote the growth and progress of social media in Asean
Interestingly, the Phillipines delegate raised something really pertinent and in-sync with my own thoughts that is second nature to Internet communities.

They are not comfortable with any form of attempt to form rigid organisational structure or any particular body to claim representatives of blogger.

That would mean the Kuala Lumpur Resolution is not something to be imposed on others and obliged upon on member countries to adopt but a resolution for each individuals to ponder, deliberate and consider.

The Kuala Lumpur Resolution made me reflect back on current happening on the Malaysian blogophere, specifically amongst the socio-political blogging and social media.

It has taken a sad turn over the last few years to become too partisan and padded with partisan agenda that the political divide seemed impossible to bridge (unlike the heydays of blogging to knock-off Tun Abdullah).

What happened to the much said words in those day to agree to disagree?

Just because they are on a political objective to conquer grounds from BN, does it mean they can't eat, drink and share a few laughs with those of differing political affiliations.

Tun Dr Mahathir attended the BUM 2009 and the "usual suspects" stayed away. By 2010, when BUM organisers attempt to have a more neutral discussion, the partisanship grew more obvious.

In one session where Zulkifli Nordin was heard to participate on the issue of Allah, every other person - politicians to activist - wanted a crack at him.

Someone in the committee or sponsor changed it from a balanced set-up to a three against one lop-sided session in favour of the Christian use of the word Allah. They think we do not notice and buy into such cheap excuses. Don't think we are too dumb not to be able to counter such cheap trick.

Such is the situation in the blogophere since these overzealous and intellectually insecure and immature dimwits start to learn of partisan affiliation. They begin to sneek only their own agenda as though the opposing views does not matter.

It as though they are the only citizen against divisiveness in society, corruption and misuse of power, curbing of freedom and human rights, concern with building a united nation, etc.

The MARBC gathering dedicated to blogging, seeking commonality and having a positive attitude of moving forward - without the presence of loud Sunday morning TV evangelist in the likes of Harris Ibrahim, sneeky self interest of Dr Lim Teck Ghee's agenda, and overzealous presence of Pakatan politicians - is indeed refreshing.

It is time we stop allowing politicians (both side of the divide) steal the bloggers meet with their convoluted spinning and hypocrasies.

Politicians should be held from the rostrum and stage at bloggers meet and be made into audience. It is time they hear and learn from the voices of bloggers aka rakyat.

For one, the rakyat are sick with excessive politicking. Fed-up, meluat and menyampah. They are supposed to administer and manage the state and country to make it better and not spending time with endless blame game.

At MARBC, we talked of blogging as something to bridge people to people in this country and region only divided by seas and straits.

Yes, we spoke of the "boring" subject of blogging (exclusively to me) but that boring subject will hopefully unite the people of Aseans despite the seas and straits that divide it.

Taking a page from MARBC, the Malaysian SOPO bloggers should realise that there is more to life and blogging, than socio-politics and their party affiliation.

Disagreement on certain viewpoints or political philosophies should not make someone into permanent enemies.

There is more in common than differences between bloggers than you can think off. It is a matter of your maturity.

Now back to the groove of things.

Rahim gave a press release

Rahim's press release reiterate call for RC, but is that enough for the public?

There was no video expose on Friday except for some old expose by Melayu Bersatu here. However, the IGP made a statement to say that the video is authentic. It was temporarily sufficient to silence the opposition.

Unfortunately, he stopped short of disclosing the identity of the Male in the sex video and the mice came out to play. PAS's Siti Mariah, and Mahfuz Omar came out with teasing statements on the IGP.

This blogger received an e-mail yesterday evening from a journalist source believed to be a press release of Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik.

In the nutshell, Rahim reiterate his call on the Government to establish an independent and multiparty represented Royal Commission to establish the "truth" on the identity of the male in the video.

With the public yearning to see and judge for themselves, will it be enough to pacify them? Are they willing to put their trust with a group of wise old folks but with poor eyesight?

Rahim said it is important that someone who aspires for the top leadership of the country, have no hidden issue of morality.

Not only will it expose Malaysian to a leader who is weak, hypocrite and morally corrupt, such leader will be a security risk and puts Malaysia at ransom in the hands of enemies of the state and foreign agents.

Despite seeking for the Royal Commission, Rahim makes no bone to declare that the person in the video is Anwar Ibrahim. He urged Anwar to stop his conspiracy play acting and consider the feeling and honour of his wife and children by resigning.

The press release below:
Kenyataan Akhbar Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik

"Hai sahabat, undur diri sajalah, apa nak tunggu lagi? Lakonan pun dah tepu, dah tak laku ! Takkan seluruh rakyat Malaysia asyik nak bercerita tentang aksi depan, aksi belakang saja. Jagalah hati dan maruah Kak Wan dan anak-anak ... Carilah kerjaya lain dan carilah keredhaan Allah!"
Frankly, it is doubtful that Anwar will stop his conspiracy play acting with this call by Rahim.

Anwar is on a tight schedule in Sarawak till the day before April 9th nomination day. He has to move ahead to take advantage of the turnaround in sentiment as a result of the doubt he managed to create from Johari Abdul's lie. He knows that his luck can only run as good as it can last.

The first two lines in his press release made by PKR Vice President, V Surendran here to response to IGP's statement tells it all.
"Today the Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar rushed to make a statement that the ‘Datuk T‘ sex video is allegedly authentic. This announcement in no way proves that Opposition leader Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim is the person appearing in the sex video."
Anwar will continue to deny and refute the statement of everyone, including experts. He will dismiss the findings of the Royal Commission, if it is established. His only fear will only be when the public have access and allowed to view the video to judge themselves.

It is because the reaction of all those who saw video, including Johari Abdul and Badrul Hisham Shahrin, agree it is unmistakably Anwar. Johari and Badrul admit it in private but in public, he spinned the other way for Anwar.

Find out where the children of Johari Abdul, Haji Hadi and many Pakatan leaders defensive of Anwar are doing their University education and getting their scholarship from.

Now, will the public get to see it?

Based on several reasons, this blogger's hunch is that the video could surface somewhere.

First, did Dato Shazryl Eskay gave the police the original copy and the recording equipment? If not and Eskay only gave a discette to the police, there is a possibility that there are other copies of the video floating.

Second, when the sex video was first disclosed, the public anticipate there are other copies of the video floating. Reason being the technology today made it easy and fast to duplicate such videos.

Third, the ground is percolating with rumours of a video to surface in a week or two. If it is not this sex video, there could also be other videos surfacing.

Eskay had asked five questions to Anwar as veiled threat to stop his boys from doing character attack of him. Anwar's boys are not relenting. Will it mean a Thai version of the video with a young boy from one of his many trips up north?

Or a latest Sarawak version from his current political tour ...

If the sex video is released, there is no doubt that Anwar will spin to accuse the police, special branch, government, Dato Najib, etc. Their side's scream and rhetorics of gutter politics will be louder.

They will claim that BN is desperate and need it to win the Sarawak election. At least that was what Tengku Razaleigh said on Selangor Government's web TV.

They, including Tengku Razaleigh, is pointing at BN as though Pakatan were not involve in perpetuating the wild accusation of the murder of Altantunya against Dato Najib and Datin Rosmah, fabricating Saiful's medical report of Pusrawi, fabricating Statutory Declaration of Pusrawi's doctor, Dr Osman, RM8 billion MAS loss during Tajuddin, and the list is long.

Will all the spinning matters if it is really Anwar in action in the video?

MI here reported a public survey, but it is from American National Endowment for Democrasy (NED)-backed Merdeka Centre. They push pull survey results, thus why should we believe them?

Wait for Jo Badut on video

The night of March 28th, Johari Abdul went on stage at the Melawati Stadium to tell the 7-9,000 crowd that the allegation of Anwar having a tryst with a Chinese prostitute was a lie.

Johari claimed that the guy doing the handstand while penetration is not Anwar Ibrahim. It also means that the chap walking around the room with his Charles Dicken erected and wrapped in tissue paper is not Anwar.

He went on to spin the meeting and viewing at Hotel Flamingo with Tan Sri Rahim Tamby CHik, Dato Shazryl Eskay Abdullah and Dato Shuib Lazim.

Early in the week, one blogger hinted that something is going to happen today. Something is going to be released today. Is it on Johari Abdul?

If it is him, he sure will be one Jo Badut.

Jo's Spin

In his speech, Johari decribed receiving a call from his uncle, Dato Shuib Lazim on February 15th to invite him to meet Rahim. That culminated into the meeting and video viewing with the Dato Trio at Hotel Flamingo on February 21st.

In that meeting, the video was played to him which Johari described seeing three person in black and white. Subsequently, one male left and the man and the Chinese prostitute had a go.

The man resembles Anwar Ibrahim, Johari said. However, it is not Anwar because he does not have a belly, protruding buttock and muscular body.

Moviemaker, Kickdefella have dispelled such claim and any possibility the video is superimposed here, here and here.

Johari disputed Dato Shazryl Eskay's claim of finding the video and player in a drawer while looking for Anwar's Omega watch.

He claimed Rahim offered him money and is willing to bring him to the Prime Minister.

He reiterated that the individual in the sex video is not Anwar. To verify it, he claimed to have brought along five other members of Parliament but the Dato Trio were not there.

Johari artfully divert the issue of Anwar to discredit Rahim's credibility. That was only expected of any opposition.

He made some pre-emptive moves to say that Dato Trio used media people to convince the public that it was Anwar.

And he believed Ummi Hafilda's statement that there are other damaging videos to damage Anwar. Such slanderous game by UMNO will destroy them.

Their crying call this time is Fitnah II. They hope to sway the public to believe that both the 1998 and 2011 events are slanderous. This is meant to stem the public to believe the 1998 event if Saiful's current 2011 sodomy case proves to be true.

Propaganda to change the public mind need time, effort, energy and money. Do they have that convenience? Do they expect Rahim and Shuib to lie down and let Barisan Nasional be faced with perception problem?

From the posting of RBF Online here, it looks like something is cooking and it will make Johari into a laughing stock.

This blogger claim to hear the same. It seems there was a secret recording made of Johari's viewing. It shows him taking a long deep breath as he "pointed"towards the picture to shout "betullah Anwar" for few times.

Won't he look like foolish Jo Badut to swear on stage throughout the country?

He claimed Rahim offered money. Actually it was Johari asked for RM100,000 and commission of RM1 million to bring over 7 PKR members of Parliament. He made a U turn when Rahim rejected his request.

Eskay's Eschew

As the event develops, the whole affair is clearly not about Rahim or Shuib. It is about Eskay.

Eskay grew to become a close personal friend of Anwar since the time he fell of a horse when he was Deputy Prime MInister and Finance Minister.

However he is not a political friend but the sort of friend to "horey horey." Read Kickdefella posting here.

As far as Eskay's version of the story, he claimed that he has been building this doubt towards Anwar and became determined to severe his times upon his return from Haj in 2010. He does not wish to be used by Anwar as alibi to show he is striaght.

Eskay wanted to stop Anwar from further deceiving the people. He must not be leader of this nation.

He could have revealed it earlier but he needed proof to back his claim.

Eakay said he was the third person in the video.

And he was the person Anwar asked to return and find his Omega watch. Wan Azizah enquired and he gave the escuse that it was in Eskay's car.

On the video, it could be seen that the prostitue slip Anwar's watch into her bag while he was in the bath room.

Eskay went back to the prostitute to ask back for the watch but he had not returned it to Anwar for he had to be in Thailand.

The Omega watch is given to the police.

During the viewing, Eskay told that Anwar had contacted him while teh video viewing was in session. He was asking in a firm tone, “Eskay! Where are you?”

The data in the handphone on the call, and SMS are with to the police.

Anwar's initial public reaction was to dismiss knowing Eskay. (Read AIDC here.)

Then he went on a character assasination attack for the past few days. THey have made few revelations on Eskay. (Read here and here.) It has revealed about Anwar's trip to Singapore with Shamsidar and "their" daughter for DNA test.

Eskay have retaliated back by posing 5 questions to Anwar:
Soalan tersebut ialah, pertama, sejak dua tahun lalu berapa kali Anwar ke Thailand? Kedua, siapa yang menyambut Anwar di Thailand? Ketiga, di hotel mana Anwar menginap? Keempat, apa Anwar buat di bilik hotel tersebut? Dan kelima, siapa yang menyelesaikan semua bayaran tersebut?
It seem to be another of Anwar's sexcapade but in Thailand.

Eskay warned Anwar and his PKR people not to force him to reveal everything. He is not scared of Anwar.

This blogger have heard of Eskay's connection abraod. He has every reason not to be scared. It is Anwar's response that seemed scared. He does not dare to bare all on Eskay.

In fact, he used lawyer Sivarasa to reply instead of himself. It sounded like a warning but the words were to ask him to stop doing these foolish things.

By the look of this e-mail and posting by Anak Seberang here, Eskay surely is not scared.

Eskay was reported in TV3 to claim that he is not aware of any other copy of the same video circulating in public. Some say it was cracked open and reproduced into CDs by KRU.

That video could be in someone's hand. Even if Awnar were to claim it on the police, what is to stop that someone from circulating?

Will the trio be charged for circulating pornography?

Dato Nazri Tun Abdul Aziz said they could be protected under whistleblower act. That coul d backfired into their gutter politics propaganda.

If it is not this sex video, another video could surface from Thailand with the same actor in the midst of some Thai action. That is beyond the boundary of our law for police to charge.

Not to be out beaten, the odd-looking short PKR Youth leader, Shamsul Iskandar claimed to have tapes of UMNO leaders but decided against revealing it. It is as though PKR exercise much restrain. Yes sure ... sounds like the six boxes.

Anything coming out from Sam Kemetot is laughable. A Jo Badut film release is more likely.

On the lookout today with your ears and eyes wide open ...
